Yes, next week is our last live show, at least for now. We are going to strictly podcast only show which means we you can still catch us on Pod Bean and iTunes. I'm hoping that Karen and Chuck will sit in and co host every now and then when they're not too busy with their new fun projects. That's my hope.

They asked me to come and do the uh The spirit journey, which is a guided meditation that I take people from basically connecting your insides, and I don't mean your guts, your you know, your inner s your inner voice, your soul.
