Hey, football guy. The team of A.W. Hill. Bart and Mike say, yeah. Bart and Mike say, yeah. Bart and Mike say, yeah. Welcome to Part of My Take, presented by DraftKings.
The crown is yours. Today is Friday, March 27th, and Sweet 16 boys, the Houston Cougars, have been eliminated. PFT, I'm sorry for the fifth year in a row. If you think this is going to deter me from believing in the Houston Cougars for the next four years, you are sadly mistaken. I will never learn my lesson when it comes to this team. They're bad. Their offense was clearly a limitation for them tonight. Hank, you guys both said blowout. Yeah. I was right. I said eight points. But you thought your hearts blow out. I said eight points in my heart. Yeah, I mean, PFT, this is his team. He convinced me. He was talking about him all year. He was riding and dying with them, and his team lost tonight. Thank you, Hank.
Soggy Sorrows? That was a great job of Hank taking responsibility for that. Soggy Sorrows? I don't think I should have to do Soggy Sorrows for the Houston Cougars. I don't like to get wet for the Cougars. For the Cougars, you should probably Soggy Sorrows. No. Soggy Sorrows. Thank you, Max. We talked about this off camera. If we do Soggy Sorrows for the Houston Cougars for PFT, then Big Cat has to do Soggy Sorrows tomorrow for the Bulls when they get eliminated from the playoffs. Okay, deal. I'm not even a Cougars fan. You can't be doing soggy songs every episode. I have a strange compulsion. I have an unhealthy fixation with the University of Houston basketball team that I fall into every February. It's in my calendar.
It's how chicks, when they live together, they sync up on their periods. When me and Hank watch Houston basketball together in February, we both start to believe. Yeah. Well, Illinois was just the tougher team tonight. Illinois out-rebounded Houston by nine rebounds tonight. They were better offensively, duh, because Houston couldn't hit a shot. But Illinois, I mean, they're just a really fucking good team, and it's one of those teams that maybe at points, because the Big Ten, I think we're finding out the Big Ten was really, really good, because three out of four teams... in the Elite Eight so far are Big Ten teams, but Illinois, they're the most efficient offense, and when they play tough like this and they're able to out-rebound a Houston Cougars team that's known for rebounding, watch out in a road game in Houston.
