We've got three SLPs on the panel, Vanessa Acala, Luisa Ronaldo, and Rachel Harrelson, and one OT, Megan Bartley. All four of these Start Your Private Practice students came from different backgrounds. Some of these clinicians are in major cities, and others are in small towns.
Some work exclusively with adults, others exclusively with children, and others with all ages. Three started their private practices early in their careers, and one started after a career change. All four of these clinicians had the same fears, doubts, and hesitations about private practices you do. Hello, boot campers. I am so excited to be here tonight with some of the students from the Start Your Private Practice program. And y'all are gonna get to know them and also get to know why they decided to join the program, when they decided to join in terms of their private practice, and then what is their private practice looking like these days, right? A lot of times when people join the program, they start. With like a couple of clients on the side. And some people start that way and then stay that way, right? They see a couple private clients for extra income to work with ideal clients and whatnot. And other people like start that way, but then shift into full-time private practice. And so we have an awesome mix of people at different levels and stages.
We've got SLPs, we've got OT, and it's going to be really, really fun. So please ask your questions in the comments as things go up or come along. But um I'm gonna let all of our panelists um introduce themselves and um I'm gonna just kind of go in the order I see people. So let's start with Rachel.
