He's a longtime NFL draft expert who's been sweating Vikings football since the Randy Moss era. Great day, homie. Welcome to Thor Talks Purple.
Hello and welcome into Thor Talks Purple Friday edition. Today we have a couple. We're gonna clean up the mailbag from yesterday, a couple good questions we didn't get to. And then also we are going to attempt to construct a perfect NFL roster and a perfect uh college football roster on the undefeated on that that website. Uh uh, we're gonna draft the team. So uh AJ, you ready to get into this?
Yeah, absolutely, Thor. Uh, first one here is coming to us from Brandon Plater. And he says, Hey, AJ, I sent this one to Phil as well, but I would love to hear Thor's opinion on it. One thing that I don't think has been mentioned on the show that I thought is worthwhile to talk about, Nolan Teasley and his opinion of Kyler Murray. Teasley has seen Kyler twice a year, every year in his NFL career. And in those games, Kyler Murray holds a career record of two and nine against the CFL. Seattle Seahawks. In in uh in his matchups against Seattle, he has passed for two thousand six hundred and thirty-one yards with fourteen touchdowns and eight interceptions while also rushing for four hundred and forty-three yards.
Those are not staggering numbers. If I'm looking at the game's most important position, And that's how he's played against my championship caliber team every year. I'm passing on him. Just food for thought. I do know Teasley said nice things about Kyler, but all front office people do that in the public. Love the show. Thanks for your time.
Yeah, th I mean that's that that's well said and and and Teasley he has a lot of exposure on Kyler. And yeah, Kyler over the years did not did not play well against Seattle. And it wasn't just there uh recently when the roster got really good, you know, as as as that the career work uh kind of indicates there. But Kevin O'Connell's the one that gets to make the call on the 2026. Who's going to be on the field there? Um, quarterback position and and and otherwise. Um, so Teasley, uh he's gonna come into play with the long term of uh of that position. I think he'll get a say in that. I don't think it'll be a final one, even though technically he ha he has that. Because I think quarterback's the position that, you know, you're you're gonna uh defer to Kevin a little bit on that one.
But um yeah, I mean points well taken. Um uh you know and and I think it goes back to like Kyler, he has not been a top fifteen uh quarterback since he'd been in the league. Right. I mean like
