Hello and welcome into Thor Talks Purple, our last episode of the week, heading into the Fourth of July weekend, and we have a full mailbag to open up. I appreciate everyone's questions. And AJ, let's let's hop right into the mailbag.
Absolutely. You know, last one before that fourth of July weekend, so maybe some fireworks here in the mail mailbag as well.

Uh let's see here. First one comes to us from Andrew Marshall, 4010 on YouTube. He says, Hey, thank you guys for the great content. I watch every show. Thank you so much, Andrew. Uh he said, I really enjoy the way you break things down, Thor. My question for you though, how would you obtain more picks for next year's draft? I want more cracks at it. Any players you would trade this year or next year before the draft, keep up the good work.
First of all, thank you, Andrew, for the the question and and the kind words. Appreciate that. It's it's funny your question because my modest proposal on Tuesday was going to be re in regards to uh potentially trading uh for draft picks and and as opposed to trading them out this summer. Um and I I had some ideas for that. Uh I'll probably uh I I might do that for the modest proposal. proposal on Tuesday, but the I had to swap that one out because of the body cam footage thing. And then, you know, obviously that that sort of changed the tenor of Tuesday's episode. But basically, um and and how I was going to sort of set this up is there had been a lot of talk of like a trade for for instance, Kayvon Thibodeau is one guy that's out there that uh could be had in a trade.
And you know, like uh you know, should the Vikings trade, you know, like a third round pick for For Kayvon Thibodeau or something like that. I for me it would it would be sort of this other way of I wouldn't be trading out draft picks um in August uh before the season, and I would be more predisposed to to what uh Andrew's asking about here, potentially considering a trade if you're able to do it with your position numbers uh to to uh uh accrue picks. And a couple of the options that that you could do this, um, there's not a ton because I'm not trading any guy that the team can't afford to lose for this fall. For instance, like TJ Hawkinson. I'm I'm not gonna trade TJ Hawk in like, you know, in August because you don't have a guy to replace him, but um there are a couple you could consider.
