But one thing we haven't really discussed much other than just reporting it and doing our due diligence in our respective mediums, you in the athletic and me on the score, and then we all come together here and discuss it.
And that is the folks that are exiting Hallis Hall, the guys that are leaving to go to other teams like DJ Moore, traded to Buffalo, Jaquan Brisker, all of a sudden is with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tremaine Edmonds is gone. Drew Dolman has retired. Kevin Byard is now in New England. Devin Duvernay has left. I forgot where Devin Duvernay signed, but he is no longer. Cardinals, I believe. He is with the Arizona Cardinals. Dan, what are you feeling with these guys exiting? Some pretty substantial bears, especially the first three that I mentioned in DJ Moore, Jaquan Brisker, and Tremaine Edmonds. Yeah, some of what we talked about coming out of the combine where we kind of anticipated that the month of March for the bears might have been more notable in terms of subtractions as it was than additions.
Right. And it seems like it's played out that way. I know me personally, you're scrolling through social media and you get the obligatory Jaquan Brisker, Steelers hat, signing a contract in Pittsburgh picture. And you're like, whoa, like it's jarring, right? Like it's just a little weird, especially for a guy like that, who was a draft pick that was here for a long time. Again, you mentioned Edmonds. I watched the entire DJ Moore introductory Zoom call in Buffalo the other day. And it was really interesting to watch those people try to learn DJ for the first time, like we're doing with some of the new bears and realizing that. that his answers can be kind of short. And, you know, you're watching the ping pong match go on there as they go back and forth through some things that were interesting.
And part about that little little footnote there is that everybody kept congratulating DJ. And I'm like, what do I think congratulating for?
