Josephine is a sports psychologist who runs her own
performance psychology consultancy, Performance in Mind. She has years of experience working with Elite and Amateur athletes, including Olympic medallists, across many sports, to enhance their mental game and overall performance.
In this chat we talk about some of the most common issues
she sees in athletes, how to deal with performance anxiety, what to think about when a race is getting really tough, how to minimise the chances of mistakes in a race, what to do if HYROX is becoming a bit of an addiction for you, and lots more.
