Taylor and Travis just got engaged. No, no, no. Due to this information, I can't focus, you all can't focus, class is canceled, get out of here. We gotta go. We need time to process this information. How you gonna cancel that, bro? And
then a lecture hall of like three hundred kids just like up and left because it was too much to handle. So it turns out that that class is not really biochem. It is actually a class in social media. Here's the professor.
As students were piling in before class started, I was like, hey, guys, this is a this is a cultural moment. This is like gonna change things for a while. So we need to record this and post this now. So I'm gonna pretend to cancel class, you guys pretend to leave, and then we'll come back and have our normal social media class. And the students are great, they get it, they're good actors. Um so we filmed it. The TA went into the hallway and posted it. We had our normal hour and 10 minute class period, and by the time we got out, out the video it hit like fifty thousand views, which is like pretty good. So we knew it was gonna go um big immediately, which We weren't sure it was gonna happen because everybody was posting about it, right?
There's a lot of noise. Like this is a cultural whether you're into like music, celebrity culture, sports, like entertainment industry, this is like a affect everything. So we weren't sure it was gonna go big, but it went bigger than we We're expecting. There you go. Did anyone think it was real?
