Jess is a home cook and recipe creator who, after being made redundant from her job at Mecca in March this year, made herself the go-to source of delicious, easy-to-cook meals. It’s not even been six months since her redundancy, and Jess has already worked with brands like Vogue Australia to bring joy to her rapidly growing Instagram following of almost fifty thousand people. In this chat, Jess tells us about the moment she learned she’d been made redundant from her job in public relations, to how food is her form of therapy, and why it’s been that way since childhood.
