And he put a lot of money into that. And he's done very well for himself. I guess he's doing very well for himself. I don't own this theater. And lots of people said, not possible. And then he, I don't know if it was him or the architect that came up with like this round theater idea.

And there's lots of those in history that are basically, there's a lot of people in debt because of vanity projects that didn't work out. But that's what guys and girls like this do. They take huge risks, and if it works out, they get paid handsomely. They're rewarded royally. But if they don't work out, it spells big trouble for everybody involved. So lenders and people in finance world are like, I don't want to be any part of this.
