They say that you are only as happy as your saddest child. Well, at least my mom says that. This has been a hard week for me, but I do today what I vow to do every day - I show up authentically as myself. This episode is a prime example of that in my life. But, since it's impossible to avoid interacting with "other people"... we have to learn how to protect ourselves from being in constant fight or flight!
