But once they started spending big on a couple of talents and also rights fees, you could see that this day was going to be coming.

It's been long rumored and we were told that it was going to be some pretty big names, but I'm still surprised by some of the names that we're hearing. McAfee and Stephen Ayer are going to get blamed, right?
I wonder how this is going to play out because people like to complain about ESPN, but as I sit here today, I think there are only fewer than 10 people that actually would matter in a substantive way. Beyond the clucking, people like to be outraged. It's a bigger sport than any of the sports, but... Are there even 10 names right now that would result in legitimate outrage I'm not gonna watch anymore? The games are what carry you, and the games are what matter, and they are betting again and again on the games. Are there even five names, honestly? If I gave you more than five names and said you're gonna be shocked by these names, I think there are only five. Let me think for a second, because I haven't given this a lot of thought, but I don't think it's even 10
