But the other movie that I think is using a bit of a cheat code in order to absolutely get a demo that will go to
to that movie that is underserved still in the movies, but you can make the argument that the dog movie is as popular as the shark movie. Oh,

Dog, they're like soldiers. You put a huge star in the movie and also Brad Pitt, and people will go to a dog movie that is just a relationship between an uh you know, a famous person like Brad Pitt and his dog. Your dog's a soldier. This is gonna be a movie that a lot of people are I believe it's gonna be very popular movie.
Here's the thing though, Dan. I'm not going to see this movie unless, unless I need an assurance. Matter of fact, I need a guarantee. Someone involved in the movie needs to come out and guarantee me that that dog does not die. If that dog is gonna die, you have none of my money. I will not spend a second watching that movie. I won't go near that movie. I need someone, I need the director. I need the executive producer. I need the studio to release a statement that says that dog will not be hurt. Well, it's gonna
be hurt for sure. For sure it's going to be hurt.

for this. We need to get that dog nominated. Here's what I can promise about that movie. It's a heroic dog, right? It's a soldier. They will never show that dog taking a crap. Even though everybody knows that all dogs crap relentlessly, that German Shepherd will never be shown doing his business.

The dog for sure is gonna get hurt, but you generally speaking, okay, this was true of the movie seven, uh, I think most famously, where Brad Pitt was insisting Uh for those who don't want that movie spoiled, uh seven, one of the great movies of my lifetime, also one of the darkest movies I've ever seen. And Brad Pitt only agreed to do the movie if contractually they promised him that the studios weren't gonna make it a happier ending at the end, because they tried. They tried uh from a thousand different ways to not have that be the ending. What else would they have done? The ending was So dark, but he knew the studios. People don't want to go to the movies and leave with that kind of feelings. As people you don't generally sell a movie to the masses that is dark and has a horrible ending and has everyone leaving the feeling uh the theater sad.
Those movies don't tend to have a broad appeal because that's not why people go to the movies.
