I am. Oh, we're going to talk about that because I know you know how you feel about marriage. But let's let's flame. What is it? So let's talk about Netflix again. And then I want to talk about who you are. What was it like to work with Netflix again? Because that is a big, big deal.
Yes, it is. And Netflix is a joke gives opportunities. It was the showcase. So they want to see your new material or what you have to present to for them to offer you the hour special. So when they came back around to offer me the Netflix is a joke showcase, I was like, great. So they came, they saw the new material. I had a guy named Sherwin Array, which he's an Iranian American comedian because they're really pushing DEI, which is diversity, equity, and inclusion. So I had an Iranian comedian open for me. So I was like, okay, so And this is only a joke before we get in our feelings. I said, so, oh, so you got a guy that makes bombs and a queen that is the bomb. Oh, we're about to blow up. And it just worked because I like to point out the obvious that you're thinking, but it's the truth.
And it was great. So we're just in the waiting game. You know, Hollywood is hurry up and wait. So we just wait to see how they want to do it and what they want to do and when they want to do it. Cause I'm ready.
All right. Let's talk because as I said, you don't really hold back. Are you, do you still, do you still consider yourself a conservative?
I've never considered myself a conservative. That was a false headline. No, no, no, no, no. That was bad publicity from media when I said, I did an interview for the Chicago Tribune way back in 2011. And I said, I don't believe in gay marriage for me. They omitted the two words for me.
I've been there before. So you believe in gay marriage, not just for you. And that's why I said I want to talk about it.
I have a sister who married her wife. I gave them away. It was never that. This is how I'm telling you. Media will make what they want to be positive or negative. And they just omitted those two words, darling, for me.
