Yeah. Look, it's crazy because you and I were talking before, but there's a lot to talk about. So before we get to the Kristi Noem of it all, by the way, I'm at the New York Stock Exchange. So you're doing some work and doing some interviews at the New York Stock Exchange for other folks wanting me to come in. They were asking me questions about building my social and digital empire. Can you believe that, Michael?
I can believe it. I can believe that you are a social media genius.
But also, you know, just talking about what's happening in the world and the stock market and how this place has really been through hell, considering the tariffs and the things that have happened over the last month or so. You look here, you look at the floor. The New York Stock Exchange is not what it used to be. Right. Remember everybody running around the floor? Sure. That doesn't really happen anymore.
No, everything is electronic. They're all called ETFs, electronic trading floors. Let me also say. What tariffs are you talking about? Because according to our president in this administration, according to Howard Lutnick, according to Scott Besant and so many others, Why do we have to even talk about tariffs? Tariffs are going to be paid for not by you, the consumer, but rather by the country of origin. We should be expecting trillions of dollars coming out of China, considering so much of our product comes from China.
Yeah. Michael, let's talk about what's happening in the world. A couple of things. We have Kristi Noem in the hearings, and I want to talk about her because there's so much to discuss. But can I ask you something that I've been wanting to know? Why are people so obsessed with, you know, Joe Biden and what he was? Joe Biden was old. Joe Biden is not the president anymore. Why? We're talking more about the crazy person who is in the White House tweeting at 3 a.m. about Beyonce and Taylor Swift. And we're so concerned about it. Quite frankly, an old man, we already knew he was old and who's not in office anymore and has really no impact on the country.
Yeah, because it's a great way for the GOP, especially MAGA, to help to deflect from the stupidity, the insanity of this administration. You know, everything so far with MAGA, with the GOP, everything is always about some sort of a scandal, right? There's always something that's there. It's another investigation that the president, that President Trump wants to have somebody look into. There's always a conspiracy theory. And it's funny because If you listen to the GOP, they'll turn around and tell you that it's the Democrats that are coming up with all of these crazy conspiracies. Think about the Hunter Biden laptop. Think about the Joe Biden documents, the top secret documents that he kept in the floor of his garage or in the trunk of his Corvette.
It's always the Democrats, right? Whereas the interesting thing is it's not true. It's the exact opposite. You know, it's almost like the boy who cried wolf, but managing to get away with it.
How are tariffs and the stock market described as hurting the economy?
Right. Yeah. And when you talked about having the documents or whatever in the Corvette or whatever it is, Joe Biden cooperated with the government officials. Donald Trump did not. And that's the difference between the two men. But let's talk about Kristi Noem, because I know you're raring to go to talk about that. What is going on with her? In these hearings, she's infuriating. First of all, she doesn't answer one single question. She doesn't know what due process is. And you said she didn't know. I was here doing interviews. She doesn't know what habeas corpus is?
Yeah. So the congresswoman, I think it was, where is she from? Like North Carolina? Yeah. Anyway, she starts asking her point blank. Can you tell us what due process?
