I'm so glad that you all are here. And did you watch the Sunday shows? Have you been watching the polls? Everyone is nervous, nervous, nervous about the polls. So they're all wondering what is going on? What is going on with the polls, Don? Let me fix my thing back here to make sure that we get all our time. We get that on in the background. All right. Well, anyway, I see your comments, sir. So I'm going to show you some of the polls, and I'm going to tell you something. All of the worry that you're, like, freaking out, I don't think that you should be freaked out.

So anyway, good to be a happy Canadian here, says TVMVB. OK, so I'm going to tell you why you shouldn't be concerned, because for there has basically not been any change in the polls. OK, so it's not concerning, but yet concerning, especially you consider where we are and who he is. So let me just put up some of the polls for you. OK, the first one I want to put up is an NBC poll.
OK, this is from NBC News. And so this is a poll that was conducted. This is a national poll, right? This is a national poll. These are not battleground states. Does this matter? It does matter because it shows momentum and it shows where we kind of are right now, okay? So this NBC poll conducted, look at this. This is a real time, 48 to 48%, 48 to 48%. I think the next one is a CBS poll that we're gonna put up. The CBS poll, this is nationally, Kamala Harris is at 51. Donald Trump is at 48 percent. These are likely voters. And then Kamala Harris in the battleground contest is at 50 percent. And Donald Trump is at 49 percent. Okay, that's choice for president. That's a CBS poll, CBS YouGov poll, October 8th through the 11th that it was taken.
And today is the 14th, all right? So this may have even moved since then. The NBC poll, I believe, go back to the NBC poll, please, Andy. I think that one is the most recent one. And again, this is just nationally. With a margin of error, you see that at 3.1 points, plus or minus. Okay. And then this next poll that we're going to put up is from, these are the national polls. And I'm not sure exactly who this one is from. Hold on one second. 538. This is 538. OK, so 538 is Harris 48.5, Trump 46.0. Now, let me tell you why this matters, because you need to when you're looking at these, you need to take into account the momentum. All right. That's the thing, the momentum, momentum, momentum. Now, I'm going to say something that you guys will not like.
But it's the truth and you need to know it. So momentum wise. So coming into this contest, when Kamala Harris first got into this contest, she had all the momentum on her side. Right. It was a new candidate. Joe Biden had dropped out of the race. Right. People were getting behind her because they thought there was some new energy and there was. So that was her.
