Our I believe our skin tone makes us not brand safe and automatically political and controversial. And, you know, I don't know. And sometimes our counterparts in the larger culture, they don't get that sort of stigma attached to them, whether you think it's a stigma or not. So that's why.

But I think that there is oftentimes by white folks an expectation that light-skinned Black folks are going to talk more safely. And then when we show up and defy NASA from the inside out, they're like, ah, we didn't expect this. You're crazy. No, I'm just brilliant. That's different.
I think you are. But look, I'm glad that you're here. And we had one little thing that I thought was a little weird because I think you had an incident with a booker that was a little odd who did not know I think someone was trying to book you for the show and you're like, wait a minute, do I know who this person is? And whatever.
Because there's scammers that will like, you're the only real person in out of like 13 scammers that have tried to book me in like the past six months. Yeah. And they scam you by saying, we're going to pay you this money to come on our podcast or to come on this show. And it'll be Joe Rogan. It'll be Glennon Doyle. Like they'll just pick anybody. And then the whole scam is that you send them your payment information and they're like, ha ha, gotcha.

So I was like, is you real? Are you the real Don Lemon? Or are you Fawn Tomato? Like, what is this?
Are you do you ever would you consider going on those shows? Would you go on a Rogan or a conservative podcast? Do you do that?
