They're just motivated by left-wing interest groups and radicalism.

Earlier the fireworks hating doctor was in DC trying to reassure more than twenty Democratic senators that he's one of them. And that his poolside buddy Hassan Piker doesn't speak for him. You know, Dandy, the argument Vance is making is a lot like what they did with uh Democrats did with Trump. It's like, you know, you need to vote to keep him out, and that it's just not enough to vote Trump in, you gotta be vigilant.
Yes. And so and I've uh you know, my brilliant analysis always it's gonna come down to turnout. Um and that's what uh the vice president was trying to say. But really I think that they were just um they were accepting reality. The Democrats are going to make this election about Trump. Yeah.
And
so Trump is like, Fine, let's make it about me. And I think that one of the things that the convention will be remembered for is it was really the first time In the twenty twenty eight cycle, if I could say that it looked like JD Dan just stepped out from the shadow of President Trump, he gave one of the best speeches at the convention, and he loves to mix it up with Abdul al Sayed. About the same age. It's an actually an interesting matchup, very ideologically different. And I it it might be good not just for a rhetorical argument, but also on the principles. Um the Republicans have to focus on Republicans coming home, but I don't necessarily think it's just the base. Right? 'Cause if you're looking at independents or if you want to call moderate Republicans, establishment Republicans, they they need to have a reason to turn out as well.
And so A lot of that micro-targeting is going to be done in the next little bit. The other thing for Republicans to be happy about today is that President Trump is opening up the wallet and the spigot and will help them try to drive home the point that the contrast of the against the like the opponents of the Republicans are nuts. So you're gonna see a lot of that, and I think some of these polls, whereas they're very tight right now, or even Democrats slightly ahead. that will start to change, I believe. By the second week of October.
Hm. Very, very, very present. You know, uh Jesse, what would what would be the reasons you would give to turn out? Are they roughly the same as uh Mr. Vance's? Do you have anything that you would say?
What he's saying, and I'm not a politician. I just helped these guys from a chair, the uh he's saying, you know, we haven't done everything right, but that doesn't mean you don't kick us out and put in the party that did everything wrong.
