Chapter 1: What incident involving Tiger Woods is discussed at the beginning?
Hello, everyone. I'm Sandra Smith, along with Joey Jones, Kennedy, Jesse Waters, and Greg Gutfeld. It is five o'clock in New York City, and this is The Five.
Fox News alert. Police in Florida will be holding a news conference after golfer Tiger Woods was involved in a rollover car crash. Local reports say that there were no injuries. We're going to bring you a live report once we get more details. And now to the DHS shutdown and President Trump coming to the rescue.
The commander in chief signing a directive to finally pay TSA agents after going more than a month without paychecks. And DHS claiming the checks in the mail for Monday. The president acting as the Senate approved DHS bill stalls in Congress. Speaker Mike Johnson flat out rejecting it because it did not include ICE or Border Patrol funding.
Johnson arguing his party will not vote for what they call an open borders bill and calls it a joke.
The Republicans are not going to be any part of any effort to reopen our borders or to stop immigration enforcement. This gambit that was done last night is a joke.
Has the president endorsed this plan, Mr. Speaker?
I spoke to the president a few moments ago. He understands exactly what we're doing and why, and he supports it, yes.
And President Trump does indeed agree. Watch. That's what the Democrats want. They want people to come into this country. They don't care who they are. If they murder people, they're fine with that. They don't care who they are. They want borders to be open.
I understand John Thune, and I understand Mike Johnson. They want to be sure that people aren't coming into our country like they have for the last four years. I don't want to say they've ruined it.

Chapter 2: How did President Trump intervene with TSA paychecks?
He was really going after the Senate Republicans for what he says they are not doing their job. I like angry Mike. I also like nice Mike. What about big Mike? Barack likes her.
Wow, Jesse.
He said it. What are you talking about? I don't even know what he said. What about Mike Tyson? What was I? Who are you talking about? I just like the fact that Trump was able to bring ice off the bench when the TSA guys went down. Like we have three million federal employees and we're all one big happy family.
So if the politicians screw up, you should be able to bring someone and throw them in the game. Like if there's a hurricane and FEMA is strapped, why not call up some IRS agents and hand them a mop? Or like next time the Democrats shut down the government and we're not getting mail. Call up the Coast Guard. Have him deliver the mail. It's just driving. It's the same thing as driving a boat.
I don't see much of a difference here. When I'm on assignment, Joey Jones takes my spot. And it's real easy. Don't do too good of a job. But I mean, it happens at home. Like I was over in the bedroom the other day and I saw some clothes that were not folded. I took it upon myself to fold clothes. That's not my job. Whose job is it? Yeah, not mine.
But I did it because I pitched in when somebody else couldn't do it.

Chapter 3: What are the Republican concerns regarding the DHS bill?
For instance, this morning, Emma had an appointment early. So it was my job to get Jesse Jr. dressed, fed and to school. And I got him to school on time. Well, I forgot to brush his teeth, but it was fine. He was on time. We should be able to do this with the federal government. I'm also mad at the billionaires. What I've been saying, Greg, they need to be a little bit more generous.
Not a single billionaire stepped up and said, I'll cut a check to the Treasury so we can make sure none of these guys miss a paycheck. Why hasn't anybody done that? Why has not? I'm looking at you, Bezos. Elon did that. Elon did. Did he? I was away on assignment.
Just ask Joey. He's covering for you.
Joey didn't even know. I guess the question now, Kennedy, is it make it look like it's Republicans shutting things down if now Mike Johnson isn't going along with the Senate bill? No one looks good here and no one cares. They are all to blame. This is just part of the dysfunction in Washington. Parties can't get along within their own caucus.
And all people care about is spring break or traveling to see family members, going to a big job interview. That's all anyone is talking about is how long is my weight going to be when I fly this weekend or next week or next month. They're no longer interested in the two sides and the tit for tat. And, you know, Hakeem is blaming John Thune and Sandra Smith. Hold that thought, Hakeem.
We've got a Fox News alert. Brand new details coming in from that press conference after Tiger Woods was involved in a car crash in Florida today. We are now learning new details. He was arrested and he did receive a DUI. Let's get to Alexis McAdams. She's got the details. Hey, Sandra. Yeah, sad situation here because we know a little bit about what Tiger Woods has been through.
He had some injuries and led to a lot of issues over the past several years for him. And now we know that he was involved in this rollover crash on Jupiter Island, Florida, after investigators say that he was behind the wheel of his SUV impaired. We're talking about this is a separate crash. This is back from 2021. But the one today, we really only have one picture of it.
And they said they're going to release more information. But that's what happened just a few years ago. There was another investigation and another crash. So this all comes after that. We're learning more, though, about how he would not give a breathalyzer test. So they said they thought he was impaired.
He tried to pass a car in this residential area where the speed limit was only 30 miles per hour. The police said he tries to go around him. And clips that car, flips over.

Chapter 4: How does the panel react to Trump's support for TSA workers?
No injuries, but Tiger Woods is behind bars. They said they're going to hold him for at least eight hours, which is what they do in this county, Sandra, in Florida, as they try to figure everything out. He would not give a urine test. He blew zeros, but he wouldn't give a urine sample, they said. So they're trying to figure out exactly what was in his system that made him impaired to drive.
We know he just also made a comeback to, you know, to everything with golf. We have been hearing more about him. and was just in the TGL finals this week. So there was a lot of speculation about whether he was going to try to tee up at Augusta. President Trump told you guys last night that wasn't happening. You know, so he has a lot of stuff that's been going on.
And President Trump also just talked about it, saying he couldn't go into detail, but called it a sad situation. So we're going to wait and try to get some new details. But Tiger Woods being held there in jail in Florida on a DUI charge. Back to you. All right, Alexis, with the details there, we're actually going to get into the news conference there after learning of his arrest and DUI.
Here's more.
The area because of the crash or the rollover. The question is, anyone else injured because of the rollover crash? And the answer is thankfully no. This is a small two lane road. Again, I'm going to show you the photos. Had there been somebody moving in the opposite direction, we would not be having a conversation saying there was no injuries. This could have been a lot worse. Is that all?
Sir, thank you.
Thank you all.
Thank you. Obviously, you know, not great news here, Greg. As we learned, Tiger Woods was arrested. His car rolled over, charged with the DUI. As you just heard, they're holding him in jail right now. I mean, it's incredibly selfish behavior. Whenever there's a DUI, driving drunk means that you wanted to get somewhere and you did it even though you were impaired.
And he's really lucky there was no one there. Nobody died in a residential area. This is just incredibly selfish. I mean, I'm having like flashbacks to 2021 when we sat here for an hour talking about, oh, my God, I hope he's all right. I hope he's all right. And like, you know, screw him. It's like, what about people he could have hurt? Mm hmm. That's all. Amen. People do love this man.

Chapter 5: What details emerge about Tiger Woods' rollover crash?
Take a look at this despicable pro-Iran or as I like to say terrorist protest in Philadelphia this week.
Until we have done everything in our power to bring the United States to its knees, let us not lose sight of the enemy. For every U.S. military base that crumbles, and for every U.S. soldier who returns home in a casket, we cheer!
And I live in a country where my tax dollars pay for that, man. All right. And the hate doesn't stop there. Other people online are attacking actress Sydney Sweeney. After she made a post on social media, you won't believe what she did. She sent love and thanks to her brother and the troops. And like her brother, that's the staff sergeant in the Air Force. Yeah.
Kennedy, you know, I know you got a soft spot in your heart for the troops. I do. You know, I don't know if you've ever been attacked for it, though. I don't think I've ever been attacked for it. But that just goes to show that the people in leftist Hollywood who will do anything to bring down someone they see as the enemy. And Sidney Sweeney was outed as being a registered Republican last year.
And Any post that she puts out that doesn't include her modeling her new lingerie brand, especially if it's something where she's saying, you know, hope my brother's safe, hope he's doing well. He's deployed right now overseas with the Air Force. I always worry about him. Love to the boys and girls overseas who are also deployed. It's a wonderful thing to do.
because it just goes to show that one of the most iconic and relevant actresses working in movies today actually cares about people who are fighting for freedom on the other side of the world. And shame on them. And also, you know, the wusses, The ducking wusses, I want to say the other words that rhyme with those that are all wrapped up in keffiyehs and face masks that are talking about that.
They cheer when American servicemen and women come home in caskets. Like that's reason enough to fund ice, to have people like that kicked out of the country, because I guarantee you that's not a Nebraska corn husker. Yeah. Just what do you make of that? You know, it says the more of them that come home in caskets, the more we will cheer.
There's always going to be haters and traitors during the war. And that's dissents one thing, but that's despicable. And we can all agree. But you do have the right, the constitutional right in this country to mouth off about a war. It's fine. Some wars should have never been fought. Some wars went on too long. Some wars ended too soon.
But once your country's in it, you got to be in it to win it. I don't care. And it's only been three weeks. We've only I think we've not sustained a single casualty in the last two weeks. We've annihilated this entire country's missile program for the most part. Their drones, their Navy, their Air Force is gone.

Chapter 6: What implications does Tiger Woods' DUI have on his career?
They definitely need to listen. They should send her like on a USO tour.
I know what Greg is thinking.
I looked over and I see that smirk. I truly believe this is a moment where somebody like Sidney Sweeney could lead a movement much bigger than those guys on the street. I wonder how it makes you feel, Joey. I would follow her anyway. Yeah, I have a lot of feelings about. So I'm going to you all first because, Greg, this is the point I want to make here.
When the politicians were saying we need to defund the police, their minions in the streets were saying all cops are bastards, you know, burning buildings, burning cop cars, attacking them.
So if a politician right now, a Democrat, is saying this war is going terribly and, you know, we're committing atrocities, really what they're doing is they're the exact same narrative as their minions that say, oh, they could come back in caskets and that'll make us happy. Well, I look, you know, I look at both sides and once again, their side is ugly and our side is hot as hell.
Why is that always the case? Again, ugly ideas make ugly people. You really have to have an empty life to spend it online, flaming a young actress for supporting the troops. One of them is her brother, obviously. I mean, you have to admire her body of work. And it shows you how much and stop it. I said body of work.
She is not participating in the lockstep of Hollywood, you know, where the only opinions have to be anti-Trump, pro-trans, and save the planet. She doesn't care if you're going to attack her or not. She's an independent mind. She's got a great rack of work to look at. Then you look at these radicals, right? Clever. And you will hear when Democrats... Like pointed stuff like this.
They go, well, it's just a small number of the population. This isn't like this isn't reflective of like peaceful Muslims or Democrats in general. But you only need a small number of people to have a large impact. You know, revolutions weren't done by the majority. They're done by the minority. And how many hijackers were there on 9-11? Was there 12? I don't know.
You need very few people to do a whole lot of harm. And the Dems refuse to admit that. It's probably one of the biggest lies they have is that they know that you can have an outsized impact if you're evil. And yet they dismiss the evil that they encourage by saying it's very small. Yeah, I enjoy the Sidney Sweeney stuff.
