Although I did hear your uh coffee order just then and it doesn't fill me with uh confidence that you won't hire us in there. We're also sitting outside the Ben and Jerry's uh so don't get stuck into that too early. Uh but we're down here for the uh Hot Spring Spas T twenty which uh is on January twenty second lane. We're gonna be joined by a couple of the players uh here this morning. Big Karen Reed's gonna come down and hop in the spa pool with us. We've got our rubber duckies lined up on top of the spa pool. Uh Lou Vincent's gonna come down Down as well. And very excitingly, if anyone's seen on social media, we have brought with us uh the first ever Radio Hodaki and ACC. mascot.
Well it's it's bla it's a very black clash themed mascot. Uh I don't know if you followed the social media but very ball heavy. Yes. Very and very and very heavy balls. Yeah, very base ball heavy mascot. Uh it's been undercover for the last week or so and um it's no surprises actually if you look at the uh the cover of what it's gonna be.
Well, I don't know how, but I got f um foisted with having to take it off the oversized baggage claim and put it into the back of John O. Ben and Megan's hits car here at Chryschich. Um
you went like like they they say this the term balls deep.

Hodaki Breakfast, we're down here in the Christchurch at Riverside Market Lane. Uh weather conditions, I'd say Surprisingly warm. Very mild. Yes. Very mild. We did get a heads up yesterday that it was going to be nice and warm in Christchurch, but we got that from people in Christchurch and their estimation of of what's warm and not after the winter they've just been through. Um did worry me. But no, she's an absolute stunner this morning. A little bit of cloud around, but uh that'll burn off at some point. Um and it won't matter to us because we will be deep in the hot spring spas. We're down here for the black clash. Uh tickets on sale today, Team Cricket versus Team Rugby and Friends, which is exciting to me.
Uh it's Friday twenty second of january, twenty twenty seven, which I know a lot of people think is a long way away. But this end of the year, once you jam it in neutral, this this ticks away very quickly.
That's right. You need something to look forward to. Uh around that January time is about probably when everyone goes back to work uh that time and you just want to pump the brakes a little bit before going back to work. Yeah. Booking something uh just a little bit of steam off uh after a lot.
You're looking to extend your summer break, aren't you? As soon as you get back to work, you're like, I need another holiday almost immediately. So yeah. Um Team Cricket led by Captain Tim Southey.
