This is an IHR podcast. Guaranteed human. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus, or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I chose option B. I'm Julie Pinheiro and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility. Listen to Solita on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I survived nine months in captivity, and I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart, and these are the Survivor Files. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable, abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. These are stories about what it takes to make it out alive. Listen to the Survivor Files with Elizabeth Smart on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Gronk and Jules show episode one is out tomorrow, and he is joining us live on the eve of the Patriots opening up their season in Seattle. We we were talking about Rams Niners. I'll start with that one. Uh it was a long time ago. It must have been thirteen, fourteen, fifteen years ago. The the Patriots went to London. They clobbered the Rams. What was Belichick? Because I'm more on the Rams side on this. I'm like leave as late as you can, play, get on a flight, hydrate, get home. Nine Pinners are like it's a wedding. They've been there a week. It's like all this planning. What was Belichick's travel strategy?
Uh we were in and out. I think we went in Friday, played the game Sunday, came home immediately after. And uh I we won forty-five to seven. The Rams, they stayed out there a week before, and uh they had all the the scientific doctors and and the travel scientist people and there's like multiple ways to do it. But I thought it was great for us because For when we came back, we were still on You know, th the the East Coast time for when we came back, which I think, you know, this is week one, Niners, Rams, division game. Very important. Two win game, but like They gotta play games after this. So you know the Niners, they're gonna be there. And I granted they have a baby bye afterwards, but with with the Rams, if they're going in, they're out, they're getting back on the regular schedule for week two, I think, a little quicker.
I I I just I agree with that format a little more. That's how we did it. And uh I I'm a fan of getting in, get the job done.
