Brought to you by the hypnotherapist demanded by celebrities, CEOs, and even royalty, Adam Cox. These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's world-famous Harley Street. So, get yourself comfortable and enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist. hi it's adam here and you're about to listen to a hypnosis session all about taking the lead in your personal relationship i was working with a client that did take the lead in a lot of different areas of their life in work and they were coaching in various sports and in those areas they could speak with authority they could be decisive
Adam Cox 1:29
They could communicate and project a sense of understanding and authority and lead the direction that they were going. They weren't communicating any uncertainty or fence sitting. In their personal life, though, they felt differently and they were almost too diplomatic and wanted to make everyone happy and keep everyone happy. And in doing so, that would then lead to conflicts. So what this hypnosis session does is it goes back to a resourceful context where they were absolutely in that clear communication, clear thinking, very strong projection of what they wanted and being decisive, and then mapping that across into their personal situation. And they could think of a few cases where they didn't quite get it right in their friendships or their personal relationships.
Adam Cox 2:25
And what this does is it takes that highly resourceful state and then test drives it on an actual memory that didn't quite go to plan and then evaluates would it have been better in that highly resourceful state. And then that's quite a good test case because if it would be, it's also highly likely to be a very useful resource in other areas of their life in the future too. So if you feel that you're a bit too much of a people pleaser or you are... Let's say giving a lot of power away in certain environments in your life, and you want to be more of a leader, stronger, and more clearly communicating, especially big decisions, then you might find this session helpful. It was created for an individual, and as such, some of the suggestions might be relevant to them.
Adam Cox 3:14
and not relevant to you. For example, they coached teams, sports teams. That might not be your situation, in which case I would encourage you to think of a time where you were in a highly resourceful state that is relevant for you. And then we use that as the resource to associate into and then map across to the area of your life that it would be most beneficial. Thank you very much. Or you can just visit my website, which is my name, adamcox.co.uk. For now, though, you might find this session very helpful or at least beneficial. So find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be distracted or disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.

Take a deep breath in. And as you breathe in, breathe in that slow, long, relaxing breath. And as you exhale, just allow any feelings of worry, stress, or tension to gently and incrementally Leave your body in that outward breath. And when you breathe in, just imagine breathing in pure distilled resourcefulness. Perhaps it contains audacity, courage, passion, and enthusiasm. and as you breathe in that pure feeling of resourcefulness allow it to go into your lungs allow your heart to distribute that resourceful feeling to every cell in your body and in the same way that your lungs can breathe in oxygen and without you trying to do anything you exhale carbon dioxide. Imagine how it would feel if your body was breathing in that incredibly resourceful feeling, but on the outward breath was letting go and releasing anything unresourceful.
