Why does the host sponsor his own episode and what is the Sciet Fitness Inner Circle?
Before we dive into today's episode, you're probably wondering, Jordan, who's the sponsor of today's episode? And I am very happy to tell you that I am the sponsor of today's episode. I'm sponsoring my own episode. I own the Sciet Fitness Inner Circle, which I think is the single greatest fitness app in the entire world. If you want to get stronger, if you want to get more flexible, if you want to improve your cardio, your heart health, if you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, all of it in one app. And the cool thing is you can do All of this in the same workout. You don't need multiple workouts for improving strength and improving mobility and improving this and improving that. You can do everything at the same time without spending hours and hours and hours every single week.
I make it as simple and easy as possible for you so you can stay consistent. If you've been following me for a very long time and thinking, oh man, I want to join. I'm not sure if I want to join. Join right now. The link is in the show notes. If you're brand new to listening, probably don't join right now. Maybe give yourself some time to get to know me and my content before you decide to give me your money. But especially for those who've been listening for a while and like you're still struggling with your fitness and nutrition. You want to work out two days a week, three days a week, four days a week. You want help with calorie counting or not calorie counting. If you want to be part of the most amazing and supportive, encouraging community in the world, that's what you get when you join the site fitness inner circle.
Link is in the show notes. Now let's get into the episode. Aram Gregorian. What's up, brother? Welcome back. I feel like I was just here. Dude, you are I told I told you this before we started recording. You are by far the most requested return guest out of everyone that I've ever had on. Which is why you are the not only the most requested, but you are the soonest return guest we've ever had thus far. Welcome back, dude.
I don't know what to say. Um when you said that before I was like a little Dumbfounded by it. Uh there's still a ton of imposter syndrome here. Why? I don't know that that is I think if you're not an asshole that doesn't go away. I don't know. Like I always find myself thinking, like, what would happen if I was on Huberman's podcast? What would happen if I was on Rogan's podcast and my name just got blasted out there? Would I turn into one of these fuckheads that just starts making a living off of this notoriety? Or would I remain the same? And I think I would remain exactly the same and I would shoulder hard lean into it.
Yeah, I think you could make a living off it but do it ethically.
Yeah, like I couldn't imagine 'cause there's a lot of people in our industry that get to that point. And then you can start to watch integrity kind of it's like notoriety up, integrity down. It's like an inverse relationship. If um if my voice got louder and got spread to the amount of people that you get to talk to every day, like I'd be so thrilled because now it's like people are getting really practical good information as opposed to all this bullshit that doesn't apply to them. And I always find myself thinking about it and I wanna get like I've never th sought status. But now that I see what it does and what it can do to help the broader public, like now I kinda want it. And I want it because of that reason solely.
Not because it's gonna lie in my pockets. Because I'm not gonna monetize it. Like I'm not gonna just all of a sudden change my ninety eight dollar program to a three hundred dollar program.
Yeah, I can be sponsored by AG one athletic grains. No. That's the issue. Well,
and that was I was actually thinking about that on the way here in the car. I'm like, out of all the people that I know who have a million plus followers, who have a very big podcast like you do, you're the only one that doesn't promote something. Which is First of all, thank fucking God that you don't.
