What is the sponsor message and why is the host promoting his own fitness app?
Before we dive into today's episode, you're probably wondering, Jordan, who's the sponsor of today's episode? And I am very happy to tell you that I am the sponsor of today's episode. I'm sponsoring my own episode. I own the Sight Fitness Inner Circle, which I think is the single greatest fitness app in the entire world. If you want to get stronger, if you want to get more flexible, if you want to improve your cardio, your heart health, if you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, all of it in one app. And the cool thing is you can do all of this in the same workout. You don't need multiple workouts for improving strength and improving mobility and improving this and improving that. You can do everything at the same time without spending hours and hours and hours every single week.
I make it as simple and easy as possible for you so you can stay consistent. If you've been following me for a very long time and thinking, oh man, I wanna join. I'm not sure if I wanna join. join right now. The link is in the show notes. If you're brand new to listening, probably don't join right now. Maybe give yourself some time to get to know me and my content before you decide to give me your money. But especially for those who've been listening for a while and like you're still struggling with your fitness and nutrition, you want to work out two days a week, three days a week, four days a week. You want help with calorie counting or not calorie counting. You want to be part of the most amazing and supportive, encouraging community in the world.
That's what you get when you join the site Fitness Inner Circle. Link is in the show notes. Now let's get into the episode.
Boom.
I'm just going to jump right in. Also, is there anything, I obviously have plenty. Is there anything, number one, that you definitely don't want to talk about? Or is there anything that you definitely do want to talk about? Nah, man. Cool. Nothing is off limits? Nothing.
Cool. Wow. I saw the way your eyes lit up and you were like, we're going to scrap this page. I'm going to this one instead. I'll show you how good my research really is.
You know, let's just keep all this
in. Eugene Teo, welcome to the podcast, brother. Hey, thanks for having me on here, brother. Good
to see you.
Thank you for coming all the way from Australia. How's the trip here? What are you doing while you're here? What's going on? Fill me in. Man, it's pretty rough. I bet. How
long was the flight? Man, all up was like 30 hours. We had a bit of a layover. So the first thing about this trip was we're going over to Baltimore in Maryland to do a couple of collaborations there.
Okay.
And then I decided to turn this whole thing into a big just collaboration trip over the last couple of weeks. That's awesome. I'll try to do that because in Australia we're so isolated. Yeah. And, you know, I can't think of many Australian creators just because most of us just stay in that one spot and move around that much. I mean, there are a lot of great creators there, but international ones who are doing a lot of things like this, there's not many.
Yeah.
Unfortunately.
What did you do in terms of like, you had a 30 hour flight with a layover, were you doing mobility on the flight? Like what did you, how did you manage that?
No, brother, I'm just stiff.
Yeah.
I'm still feeling it today. Do you still feel it? In some ways. Yeah. I got a massage last night for the first time. I need someone to just squish me for a bit because I feel like I've just been a towel that needs to be wrung out long. But no, it really does work in my favor to be a small Asian man.
How does the conversation shift to travel, family background and early life experiences?
I can fit into a lot of small places and just... managed to be somewhat comfortable yeah i feel bad for donnie because he's a he's a larger greek man who has to squeeze into the same kind of seat as me yeah and um not not be as comfortable yeah not be as comfortable
yeah that's it's definitely one of the the pros of being short is
when
you get on a flight you're far more comfortable yeah sometimes i'll see these really big dudes i'm like fuck i'm sorry bro
