I wasn't. You know what? I lived in Coral Gables and I was helping a very wealthy family. They actually had like a whole monkey enclosure in their house. It was a little weird. They were Cuban. Fabulous, but over the top wealthy.
It's fun that you thrived in Miami early on, but in such a, in a very quiet, unannounced way. And now you're here, very announced.
Yeah. I mean, I learned a lot from my time, right? Because I was like, I was like, you know, carrying the paint cans around, doing the touch-ups on the walls, grabbing Cuban coffee at three in the morning.
And staying up for like three days straight after said Cuban coffee.
Yes, exactly, exactly. But yeah, it was just, you know, my humble beginnings. I loved it. But yeah, now here I am.
Right on. Welcome back. I'm sure it's been quite the journey. Tell us, how have the last two decades treated you?
Really well. I mean, nothing's ever easy. So it's in retrospect, you're always looking back and you're like, what the fuck? Right. And so now now I'm here. And but it's it's always been a climb. It's always been a steep climb and a hard climb. But that's that's the magic of success.
Right. I love it. Canadians are so beautiful. What is in the water in Canada? I grew up very much with the Pamela Andersons of the world. I'm just going to mention the elephant in the room. But it was essentially what beauty was in the 90s and 2000s. It still very much is. It's wonderful to see her come full circle, not wear the makeup.
She's fabulous.
I know. And she's reinvented herself a thousand times in that invention. It's her authentic self. And she's with Liam Neeson now, which is a great partnership. She's literally with a Jedi.
I know. Seriously, right?
You can essentially look at her cycle of life and be like, oh, she was in her Tommy era. She was in her mom era.
