My heart is with every single woman in the waiting period or healing from loss. As I experience another pregnancy I wanted to share the story of how I found out and how I am allowing myself to fully enjoy and embrace this journey even though I know I do not control the outcome. My miscarriage taught me so many lessons I didn't know I needed and that I am sharing with you. I hope this episode brings you a little peace and hopefully trust in your body for when you experience your pregnancy, too. My goal is to always serve and I know it can feel triggering for some, so please stay mindful of your triggers and meeting your needs.
