I know, but their employees, I went again today, The girl's like, hey, Americano. Like, which sounds... She's talking about, I get a specialized Americano drink. I get the large Americano, but I keep the same amount of shots, and then I do half milk, half water. And, like, they take the time to know you and talk to you.
They're definitely... It's a talking culture.

We're not wasting any time, because... so what i today i was like this is so smart because they're they're getting to know you they're asking me about my pregnancy every time all three of them know how far along i am and they know it's a boy and they know i'm going to change my nail color soon and they know i love the cookies but here's what's so smart about it because you spend a little extra time and then the guy making the coffee he's already got it done by the time you go over there So actually you get out faster and you have more interpersonal communication. And I think as a society, like slowing down some and like stopping and chatting, very the opposite of New York.
