same i so before this i was thinking about i'm like trying to sip on some coffee we're going to tell you the story of what happened this morning um and i was thinking thinking about even though i actually feel really good right now i felt so sick this morning that when you go through that now on the other side i'm like man i love not feeling that it was very scary to see
okay so you guys this morning what happened I like Harrison pick take took Bubba downstairs and then I came down like 10 minutes later I had my workout gear on actually because I was like I'm gonna have we had like a very we needed to film an ad at 9 we needed to come here at 10 so I was like I'm gonna walk on the treadmill from 8 to 8 40. I come downstairs ready to go and I'm like
start to have like, not baby cramps, right? But like intestinal cramps, which I'm very familiar with as a lactose intolerant person. But I'm like, I didn't really eat anything yesterday that would cause these. I'm like, oh man, I'm feeling those. So I don't know if this happens to anybody, but mine come, then they go away, then they come again.
