So we carve out two days in a week, which was a Tuesday and a Thursday. Yesterday was Tuesday, to film. You know, I can't give away the details. But so, all right, so we put that on the calendar. And the night before, Monday night, about 10.30 at night? Yeah. I get a message from my assistant, which is Mrs. Ann, saying they have postponed that filming for you tomorrow. I'm like, what? They said they'll try to figure something out next week. I'm like...
No, wait a minute. Next week's tied up. I mean, it really is. I'm like, these people think I can just, you know, I'm sitting here on the edge of my seat ready to go do this. So then, you know, I wake up the next morning. I literally am off. I mean, Miss and I were making jokes about it. I was like, what are you going to do today, you know? So we're having kind of fun with it. Todd's getting a little R&R. Well, about noon, I get a text from the guy I used to play in golf tournaments with. I mean, I've played, what, three times this year? And that was after about a seven-month layoff. He's like, hey, we're playing at 1250. But I'm looking like, well, it's noon now. I'm still in my jammies. Not really, but I mean, so I scramble because, I mean, it takes 20 minutes to get there. So I was like, I'm in. I mean, maybe this is why they canceled. I was supposed to play golf today. I was kind of, you know, joking around with Missy. And she's like, go have fun.
Which, by the way, we call him Mickey FedEx because he worked, or I guess he still does, for FedEx. And so it's like everybody else, that becomes your name for life. And so he's always been.
Well, and he was telling me he's fixing to retire, which shows you how much older everyone is now. Then I'm like, but what will we call you now? That's right. What will we call you, Mickey Farmer Fan? The nickname's getting too weird here. So I go up there, you know, hit a few balls before rush out there. Get on the first tee. It's a par five. hit the ball out right down the middle.
