This was the time of Book Johnny Chang. This was before Koa the Hat. This was before. It was no script fellowship days. If you guys know, like and comment. You guys know, no script fellowship. Who's the OG NoScript Fellowship people? Anyways, NoScript Fellowship, I started my own Bible class because you guys were asking me, yo, you literally break down the Bible. That was when I had 30 to 70 people in my Instagram live and I only went on Instagram live. It didn't go on YouTube. It didn't go anywhere else. And you guys would ask crazy questions.
I give you guys unlocks like I normally do. And you guys were like, oh, let's start a Bible study. And I was like, all right. So we coined it Bible study at first. And the first thing I thought was, should I talk like the gospels? Should I start with, you know, the tough books? And then Pastor Kim was like, oh, you know, you should start with Genesis and go all the way to Revelation. I was like, genius. So I'm expecting him to give me all of his notes. For some reason, I'm like, all right, I came to you. Obviously, I've never taught from Genesis to Revelations. Truly, like I know about it. But like, help me out here, you know? And then Pastor Kim straight up was like, no. Start a Bible class, but I'm not going to give you any of my notes.
He's like, he even like wrote down on the thing. He's savage. He wrote down his name on one of his notes. And he's like, do you see what this is? And I was like, no. And he's like, that's my name in Korean. That means these are my notes. I was like, bro is trolling me. He's like, so this is mine. He's like, so you're going to have to make your own. And at that time I was, I did feel a little salty. Cause I was like, okay. Cause first I became very offended. Cause I was like, why, why wouldn't you help me? I'm trying to teach other people the gospel. You told me to teach the gospel. secondly i was scared i was like dude i literally started this bible class off of the coattail that i could take your notes and just preach it to them so like i wouldn't have you know have to come up with my own thinking and whatever so now i'm locked into this like not this verbal contract with my people right and i'm like dude i gotta preach the gospel and i don't know how to like teach from genesis so i just prayed about it and pastor was like you have to
pray about it. You have to lean on God and God is going to work. So when I prayed, I was praying till the very end to have God change Pastor Kim's heart to give me his
