Today, I’m joined by Alex Dudgon. Alex is the founder of Soul Medicine Festival, a holistic health and wellness events company with the intention to inspire, empower and uplift people. The events are also an opportunity to explore spirituality through various practices and music from a range of ancient traditions. They have a weekend camping event this springtime from 26th-29th May, which I’ll be speaking at. Alex is also a meditation teacher. He has studied both the Hindu-style tradition of meditation in India and more recently the Japanese zen style.
