How does Dale Bertrand suggest SEOs stay focused on market and customer search behavior?
Ready to expedite your company's organic growth efforts? Sit back, relax, and get ready for your daily dose of search engine optimization wisdom. Here's today's host of the Voices of Search Podcast, Tyson Stockton. Last question for ya. Game plan.
What are the three areas SEOs should focus on to stay relevant in this next chapter of SEO?
Why is monitoring AI platform interactions and referral traffic crucial for modern SEO?
I would stay focused on your market, your customers, and how your customers are searching. Are they shifting to new platforms? Are their queries getting longer in the queries that you can see? And then also, are they having conversations with AI platforms? Which ones? What pages are they landing on when they come to your website referred from one of these AI platforms?
What pitfalls should SEOs avoid when reacting to industry speculation and Google news?
But stay laser focused. On your customers, your audience, where they hang out, where they signal organic demand so that you can start to figure out how to harvest that. What you don't want to do is to look at uh all the chatter around SEO and the media reports around what Google's doing and extrapolate that across every industry so that it's basically dictating what you should be doing. You've got to stay laser focused on your customers.
I like it. Alright, so that wraps up this episode of the Voice of Search podcast.
