All right, so next one, game plan. What's your plan or what's your first step in partnering with CRM?
Elliot Tsai 1:08
My first step parting with CRM is to understand their user journey. Because CRM they always create different kind of temp template for different kind of user. Like does user do this behavior? I send out this email template for them. Does user do ABC behavior? We send this. So that's the first thing. Understand what template they have and what kind of user journey. They're trying to fit. And the reason why is a first step to understand this is you understand what they're doing. You understand how did they look through their user journey flow and that you know what kind of messaging they're sending out from an SEO perspective. After understanding this, you actually can integrate your SEO article into their template will also make their user journey better.
Elliot Tsai 1:57
Because sometimes they only see And then maybe there's a gap, like they don't see about it. We can tell them we have this article here, create a template for this user. On the same time, they can find a gap for us. Like our library, there's a huge gap. We don't have it. When you look through the template, you're like, I miss it and that created it for us and for them.
