Yeah. I'll answer that question, but it got me thinking. What are the weird benefits of walking? Those weird things that we don't really talk about, that aren't widely known. And so I've got five of 'em for you before I answer the question. Does walking grow hair? Weird benefit number one. A fifteen minute walk. This is research backed. A fifteen minute walking. Curbs intense. sugar and chocolate cravings. So if you're feeling the need for a Snickers bar, piece of candy, best thing you can do isn't just sit there and go, I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna eat it. Go take a walk. You don't even need the willpower. Number one, the walk gets you away from the candy. And number two, if you're out for 15 minutes, that craving that you're trying to resist, it's gone.
