To get things started with this first episode we're going to keep it short because we want to share just a little bit of our story which has led us to this point of launching a wedding podcast.

My name is Dan DeWaard along with my wife Andrea And the two of us have worked together for over 25 years in the wedding industry.
Which wedding businesses have they owned and operated over 25+ years?
We've designed, owned and operated multiple wedding venues, hosting hundreds of ceremonies and receptions. What a great experience that was for us. And we have made so many connections from couples to other vendors and the knowledge we have gained has been invaluable. We have also owned and operated other lines of wedding businesses including a photo and video studio, a DJ company, a floral and decor studio, a bridal gown salon with tuxedo rentals, photo booths, limousine, party bus, hosted bridal shows and more. Yes, we along with our incredible team have the experience in owning and operating all of these services.
How will this podcast help engaged couples plan a stress-free, on-budget wedding?
So many have told us over the years that we should stop, take time, and write a book. We processed it and we thought, you know, a wedding podcast would be so much more educational and fun.
Why did they decide to launch a wedding planning podcast instead of writing a book?
We will provide a number of helpful tips and interview a wide variety of our wedding vendor connections that we've made in the industry. We are looking forward to taking our knowledge to help brides and grooms plan their unique wedding stress-free and on budget so stay tuned a lot of wedding planning episodes are on the way
