Die EU arbeitet jetzt weiter an möglichen Gegenmaßnahmen - will aber auch weiter an einer Einigung arbeiten. Blufft Trump diesmal wirklich nur? Und wie lange kann das so weitergehen, auch mit Blick auf die US-Wirtschaft, die zwar im Moment noch ganz gut dasteht – aber Spuren wird das Zollchaos auf jeden Fall hinterlassen.
