I just wanted to make sure I had a better understanding when we're looking at a $30 million grant for the design bill of construction, and this is a facility in Pineville, understanding the relationship between Charlotte and Pineville and what, if any, funding is contributed by Pineville on these partnerships, and if that's something in the future that can be added, because we have a number of partners in the region. I think it will be helpful to have a clear designation so that the taxpayers in Charlotte understand why and that we may be partnering on these projects and not looking for the full amount to be coming from us.
