Planning Commission's CIP Committee will be meeting tomorrow evening, Thursday, March 26th, at 7.30 p.m. The meeting will take place in Conference Room 11. We will discuss the issues we have been discussing with the Planning Commission regarding the CIP applications, and our next meeting of that will be April 8th, but tomorrow evening's meeting is in Conference Room 11 at 7.30 p.m. Thank you. Our second hearing in the Mason District is SAR Property Owner LLC. Application numbers RZ2025-MA-00020 and SEA-80-A-072-002. Our third public hearing in the Mount Vernon District, two applications concurrent. PENDOFF FIRE STATION EMERGENCY SHELTER AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING, PA 2023-4-MV3, ALSO PA 2023-00044, AND THAT IS CONCURRENT WITH RZ 2025-MV-00022, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA.

Without objection, we will now move on to our three public hearings. Seeing and hearing no objections, before we do so, let me start off welcoming those attending our meeting this evening in the auditorium or watching on TV or subsequently on video. We invite and encourage the public to speak to the Commission. We have just a few ground rules that ensure that everyone is treated equally and the Commission hears from all who wish to be heard. Individuals wishing to provide testimony to the Commission have a number of options. They can testify here in person or they can provide testimony by phone or by YouTube video. At the designated point in the public hearing, I will call for speakers from our speakers list and they will either come forward or their video will be shown or they will be connected by telephone.

There will then be an opportunity for anyone else who would like to speak to the application to come down to the podium or to call in on a number that will be provided on the screen. Speakers testifying via video must sign up and submit their video no later than 9 a.m. on the day prior to the hearing. That would have been yesterday morning. And for all in-person or telephone testimony, you are given four minutes to speak as an individual. If you are a spokesperson for a group, you are given seven minutes. All persons testifying by video will be given three minutes to speak. Should you decide during the public hearing that you wish to be heard and did not previously sign up to do so, you will have three minutes to speak.

Finally, members of the public who wish to submit written testimony may do so electronically at any time prior to the closing of the public hearing. In order to ensure timely distribution to the commissioners by the start of the public hearing, written testimony in digital form should be submitted no later than 1 p.m. on the day of the public hearing.
