And the Planning Commission Transportation Committee will meet tomorrow night, Thursday, October 23rd, at 8.30 p.m. in the conference room 11. And the agenda is the draft active transportation and trails plan and the active transportation plan study. Thank you. And all of our committee meetings are televised on Channel 16. So if you can't attend, which you're welcome to do, certainly you can tune in and watch us. Point of personal privilege, just learned a few minutes ago that Daniel Creed, who's one of the analysts with the Department of Planning and Development, who has a case this evening, but we learned that he's leaving the county for new opportunity.
When we have extraordinarily talented analysts who we admire and value because they help us do our work so effectively, it really is a sense of loss when we lose them. Professionally, managerially, we all say congrats, move on. We wish you well, but I want to say from the heart that we're going to miss you. All right. Is there any other commission business to address or announcements to make before we turn to the matter of the Rock Hill Road Plan Amendment and the substations? Anything else, commissioners? All right. I turn to Commissioner Bacalcazi for a motion on the Rock Hill Road Plan Amendment, SSPA 2023-3-20-UP. Thank you.

Mr. Chairman, I move that the Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Supervisors the adoption of Plan Amendment 2023-Roman numeral 3-20-UP, as found in the staff report dated September 17, 2025, with modifications indicated by bold italics and highlighted in yellow in tonight's Planning Commission handout dated October 22, 2025. Second. That has been
moved by Commissioner Bachelcausi, seconded by Commissioner Bennett. Is there any discussion?
Yes, so thank you, Mr. Chairman. As discussed in the staff report and at our last meeting, there's only been one minor change that we've updated to the language on this. And before, it is in the handout that you received adding in at a minimum, the phrase at a minimum back into the... into the language in the staff report. Before we go to a vote, though, I do want to say thank you so much to staff and for everyone else, all my commissioners, and, of course, the team for working on this with me over the past week.
