So they have gone to OT 21 times.

And here's what I want to talk about in context to that fact, okay?

Because we saw it tonight, and I'm going to actually praise them.

After seeing Hughes and Boldy and Kaprizov in the overtime loss to the Panthers right here in this building on Saturday, beat on the ice for a very good chunk, most of, not all, of an OT that ended, if I'm not mistaken, with two minutes left on a Florida Panthers goal.

The Wild had control of the puck a ton.

They had zero shots.

And we talked about that.

It's inexcusable, right?

Tonight, they actually got shots.

Now, Boldy took a penalty.

They had to kill that off.

And to their credit, Erickson Eck, Middleton did a very good job there.

And who was the third?

Brock, right?

so yeah yeah it was faber middleton and eric sinek and they did a very good job but what i want to talk about is this they actually went and created some offense in ot and i know it sounds stupid but when you have i'm sorry when you have those three guys on the ice for the majority of a three on three which is awesome

And they don't get a shot off.

I don't care how much they're trying to set up the perfect goal.

And John Hines covered for them post-game, which I thought was not surprising.

But there's no way that John Hines thought that.

Somebody went to those guys and said, you know what?
