It can't, right?
The human-to-human connection, nobody can take.
And at that part, you lose the thing that I think as coaches makes us special, which is the ability to see how someone's doing in that moment and react to them.
But by having social media, by having technology, it allows you to actually have more touch points of,
communication, even if you can't be in there and see and work with them.
So it's like, how do you go ahead and leverage that technology in a way where if you can't be there watching someone over in person, you can still connect with them so they can feel seen, they can feel heard and they can feel supported.
I don't think either of them did it in 20 seconds.
