I think it's the moment that they realize they can be resilient.
Right.
So it kind of ties in a little bit to what I was saying before, is that people have to plan for all the friction and the failure because it happens even with the best plan possible.
When things click, when I see it is when actually everything goes wrong, when they screw up and then how they react to those moments is the aha moment of like, wait a second.
I was off my diet or I missed my workout or I didn't sleep well enough and I didn't burn everything else down.
This whole idea that I'm a firm believer that what people think are the big mistakes are actually the tiny ones.
It's the reaction to the mistakes that really determine the success.
And when people stop overreacting, when people start freaking out about when things don't go perfectly to plan and they can get back on plan, they can be resilient, they can be consistent, they can hold themselves accountable.
It's where you can step back as a coach and be like, you got it.
You don't even need me anymore.
The like is the connection, right?
Social media makes the world a little bit smaller, a little bit closer in a time where people are really lonely, right?
There's a flip side to this is that if you just are looking at the highlight reel and then just comparing yourself to everyone else, like you said, Don,
It can become really bad, but there is a positive side to this.
There is a humanity of people seeing and cheering one another on and being able to share parts of their life's successes and failures and watching how people can help lift one another up.
We all have this superpower within us to lift people up.
So social media has a way for people to share and for people to get support.
I think everyone goes a little bit further with help their friends.
Everyone goes a little bit further with accountability.
And then the hard part, especially I don't coach people directly anymore.
