So we've come down twenty percent, cost of delivery or construction has gone up twenty percent.

I think, you know, once we get past the election we'll be in a good place to see some recovery.

Theoretically, that window of time where it's recovering is most likely to have the highest growth from the asset.

Wouldn't it then make sense to let's say, for example, right now you own a low quality asset that's theoretically might grow at three or four percent per year.

Wouldn't it then be the right time now to swap into a higher quality asset that you suspect will have better growth over time?

Uh the the back end of that process, let's say someone does sell is your recommendation provided, you know, that the appropriate age to then reinvest into the current market or just sit tight for a bit.
