Their current pipeline has no other homes at this price range.
So we know that as far as brand appeal goes and the access to this caliber of build quality in this lower price range resi market, there's not many of those available.
In terms of the quality of the neighborhood, so it's in Sydenham.
This particular street is in zone for Kashmir High, which is one of the nice
highs down there.

And then particularly in our kinds of buying is the front left street-facing unit on the north side.
And they're paying less than every other three-bedroom purchaser in the development.
Some of them went for higher for valid reasons, being had the most land, it
appealing, most private, most north-facing unit.
I'm just putting that caveat in there because another client of ours bought that one.
It's because it's arguably the best in the development.
But it just sticks all the fundamentals.
