We're still the landlord.

They're downstairs in our building.

Comcast owns it now, and they're doing hundreds of millions.

But that spawned from this idea, and I took HomeFix.

And I was able to grow it through grit and hard work.

to 60, 70 million at its largest.

But like you said on your little sheet, I was a serial entrepreneur.

So I wasn't really satisfied with that.

And I started and spun off a bunch of other companies kind of at the sacrifice to HomeFix.

So HomeFix kind of got stuck at that size.

It hasn't really grown much bigger, but I have founded and started quite a few other companies that are very successful.

and kind of are in the ecosystem of home improvement.

So one of them is Installation Services, which is an awesome business.

We actually install, we're a turnkey installation and supply company.

Love that business.

We started it by, I purchased a company, so Mid-South Building Supply was the building supply company in my area.

All these companies,

started using Mid-South to do their install and to get their materials.

And there's a guy, Norman Rails, I don't know if you ever heard of him, he's a billionaire.

Another guy, Harry Katz, they're like godfathers in this industry and they were smart.
