So HomeFix needed me bad.
And so, you know, that's why I had to rein in a lot of the other things I did and jump back in this business with every fiber of my being, you know, because at the end of the day, I'm the CEO and, you know, responsible for it.
So as I sit here in 2026, I try and stay out of as much as I can that's not home fix.
Oh, and I also, so I ended up starting a commercial construction business as well called Top Key Construction.
which is another kind of independent business which does commercial construction and also has a great CEO.
I'll sell anything door-to-door.
We had a bath business for a while.
Again, I slowed it down.
I wound it up because I just wanted to focus on home fix.
But we were canvassing.
Everybody said you can't canvas for bath.
We were canvassing for walk-in tubs.
You can canvas for anything.
And in fact, I would love to canvas for garage doors because it opens up a whole bunch of homes that you can go into new construction.
You can go anywhere.
yeah see that i don't know the economics on the average job size and the cost um and and what if i just gave them 20 bucks for every time they give me a uh an opener with a brain in it that amazon could deliver
yeah well i mean that that math is right too like when i like i tell you you gotta knock on 100 doors but if you do it it's just math i tell people you know you knock on 100 doors whatever your mate i always tell my canvassers to just do the math you know here's how much you make per you know here's how many how many leads you generate here's how many go out here's what you make and because my best canvasser ever was this guy he was a he was a not he used to do security and i brought him over
