retail I don't do the BJ's stuff because I don't want to pay the fees but we're in Walmart's very successfully we're in you know other any retail spot but it's just canvassing like it's all I just train you how to canvas if you're at a home show you're not a booth you're canvassing you were just kid this just happened to be a place where people are aggregated and you are going to grab them and drag them into the demand cycle but you know I don't why does all these companies

fail at canvassing even though there's all the, you know, the Yoho method or Tony Hody or all these people to train you out of canvassing, these consultants, why do they all fail?

I'm telling you, it's because of the DNA.

Because if I walk into an office and interview and someone's like, hey, I'm interviewing this rep, he's leaving, you know, he's leaving Window Nation or he's leaving Anderson.

I'm like, if you're coming here for leads, our leads suck, you're at the wrong place.

And you probably shouldn't come here because you're not succeeding.

The mindset of a sales rep here, when we train them, we train them as canvassers.

You are just showing up to a door that you're going to have to re-canvass when you get there.

I'm just pretty sure someone's going to open it.

That's what we're training them.

And it's just a totally different mindset.
