I enjoyed it.

So I was in school for the full semester and I'd run leads at night.

And for six months, the same thing, I net closed 80% of the leads I ran running all Canvas leads.

At the end of that, our Jersey operation at the time, so we were like an $8 to $10 million company.

And the model back then, and numbers are just different years ago, but, you know, so being a $10 million company was a decent size.

We had seven or eight little offices and they do like a million dollars each.

And our Jersey offices, we had two, were always like five, 600,000.

And, and Tope came to me, he said, look, I want you to go to Jersey for 30 days and I'll put you in a hotel.

My managers, we've been through five managers in Jersey and they keep saying, you know, the prices are too expensive there to sell.

It's too saturated.

You can't canvas, you know, all the different excuses why Jersey, we just can't operate.

And he said,

It's either the people or it's the market.

And if you go there and you can't sell, it's the market and I'm shutting it down.

So for me, like now I can't live 30 minutes without my wife, but back then I couldn't wait to get away from her.

So 30 days at a hotel outside of New York city sounded like amazing to me.

So they put me up in a hotel, um, and, uh, and I ran leads and we all know, you know, the story anyway, it's always the people it's never the market.

Dropped me anywhere and the same thing will happen.

I just had and Jersey is the worst place on earth Don't get me wrong.

Don't open there, but The same thing happened, right?
