Like, obviously, this is your lifestyle.

Your spouse is going to want to stay in that lifestyle.

Your spouse may want to keep the children navigating to homes.

in the same lifestyle, right?

So how do we have that real conversation of you want them, you're okay with them, but then all of a sudden if something changes, you're not willing to give.

Like, that doesn't make any sense to me.

I mean, this is very pessimistic, but I think like at the crux, like if you don't really have, I mean, because what negotiating power do you have?

You can only get the piece of the pie that the person with the pie wants to give you or else they'll look at you and say, well, I'm not going to marry you.

And then what?

Hmm.

So this is all like duress, you know?

No, but seriously, I mean, your two options are agree to X or I don't want to be with you.

And unless you're willing to start over, you have to find the best case scenario in the scenario that they're setting up for you.

Otherwise, what are you going to do?

If the woman has more money, I mean, you actually find that they're typically a little bit more giving.
