For me, you know, that's what kids dream of.
I remember being a youngster late at night waiting for my mum and dad to pick me up like, oh, this putts for the open or, you know, let's try and get up and down on the chipping green for the open.
Or, you know, that was kind of me growing up as a kid, reenacting that and to actually do it in a mini version was exceptional.
You know, it was almost dreams come true.
Yeah, we played there, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right in the middle.
Yeah.
So yeah, great week.
Yeah.
Kind of slipped in on notice, which is nice.
Um,
But, yeah, what a golf club.
You know, all the members there were great.
They really looked after us, warm and welcoming.
And it's great to actually watch it on the TV now, you know, bringing back some memories, you know, seeing the pros in it, in the trees like I did that week.
He actually died the week we was there, to be fair.
So basically, at the back of his house, he had like a little zoo with all monkeys and that in the cage.
And he basically built that because they wouldn't let him join the golf club.
